How many strips come in 1 box?

One box contains 12 single-use strips.

Are the strips hypoallergenic?

Yes. Our products are medical grade, hypoallergenic and latex free.

How do I apply the neck strip?

How long does a strip last once applied?

Once applied correctly, a strip can last anywhere from 4 to 6 hours. For longer lasting wear, avoid high temperatures or exposure to water. Discard after each use.

I have short hair, can I use the Unwrinkleit-neck strips?

All you need is a couple of inches of hair below the nape of your neck to discretely cover the strip. If you prefer, you can always wear some of your favorite accessories like a hanging scarf or necklace to cover the back of your neck.

I have a thin neck, may I cut the strip?

Yes, you may cut the strip to adjust it to the size of your neck. Simply cut the right and left sides of the strip based on your needs before peeling off the backing.

What is the best way to remove it?

The best way to remove the strip is by first placing a wet (with warm water or oil) cotton pad (or towel) over the strip for a couple of minutes to loosen up the adhesive.
Peel a tiny portion in the middle of the strip and gently massage underneath it with the tip of your finger until the strip can be gently pulled off. Do not rip the strip off your skin roughly.

Optionally add some fragrance-free lotion to the skin afterwards. Discard after each use.

I have an acrylic allergy, can I use it?

No. Unfortunately our adhesive contains acrylic so we don't recommend using this product if you have an acrylic allergy

How should I store my strips?

For best results, store your strips box at room temperature; away from heat, sunlight or humidity. Strips work best when stored properly.

within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (minus shipping charges).
Follow these simple steps so we can process your refund in a quick and easy manner:

1) Email us at hello@unwrinkleit.com explaining the reason for your return and to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please make sure to include your full name and order number.
2) Once we review your request, we will provide a RAN # and include instructions on how to process your return.
3) Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
